We have been able to include Udemy courses in our onboarding program, so we can get new hires up to speed more quickly. We have also been able to include some custom courses to share MetrixLab’s specific information. We use it for our technical teams so they can stay up to date with any developments in the IT world. We train people managers more frequently, which impacts them, as well as their team members, and many people give it a thumbs up: 93% of our employees said it is helpful for them.
